Joan Walsh joined the HiDef team in 2022 to provide additional guidance and support to an established team, in a company gearing up for continued expansion. Joan is a qualified accountant and HR professional, who comes with numerous years of experience in professional services, R&D, construction and hospitality, to name but a few. Joan’s focus will be to ensure efficient and effective systems are in place with regard to the business finances and processes affected by it. This will ensure that the company is appropriately funded and financially protected in its continuous growth through the years.

In her spare time Joan is a voluntary Director and Treasurer of a charity, enjoys being outdoors and wildlife encounters. It’s good to be working in a company striving to make a positive difference to the environment.
